Mihaela Giurgiu

Mihaela holds a BA in Applied Modern Languages (English/French) and an MPA in Public Administration (NGO Management) from “Babeș-Bolyai” University. She started working in the field of community philanthropy in 2012, supporting the development of community foundations in Romania, continuing work as a peer-learning expert for community foundations in Europe and collaborating with The Funding Network to expand their giving circle model internationally.
